After I take my E30 out for drive I get a bad gasoline smell in my garage. Any ideas why?
If I had to guess? - Leaky rubber gas line hoses underneath the drivers side of the car - connecting up to the fuel filter - common issue.

Also - If that i not it - pull up the rear seat and open the access panels to the fuel pump / sender units and check for fuel leakage.
Gas leak from hoses near the filter is common. After a drive I think you'd see wetness somewhere in the area. It could be a poor seal on the in tank pump. It could also be the evap system, like the lines that go to the charcoal canister under the hood (mine is removed and it vents to atmosphere back by the tank). I had a strong gas smell and it was a leaky tank from rust in addition to rusted out lines that are above the tank you can't access without dropping the tank.
Any strong smell coming from engine bay? Could be leaky injector w/ residual fuel burning up on the intake.
Do not mess with this, figure it out before you drive it anymore. You won't be the first one to burn down an E30 because of a fuel leak.
1 - Fuel lines from the tank to the engine and back. They tend to crack over time.
2 - If the smell is coming more from the back of the car. Remove the right rear tire, remove the splash guard up in the fender and check all the hoses and the plastic expansion tank.
3 - Pull the rear seat bottom, remove the fuel pump cover and check those hoses.
As mentioned above, the fuel injectors can bleed down while sitting, but I would check ALL the hoses in the fuel system first.
