    E46 Seats fit in E36?

I was thinking about buying a set of seats from a E46 to put into my E36 but not sure if they will fit.. Does anyone know if they will or if i will have any problems doing so?

Yes they fit and no minor problem with hole alignment easily fixed by enlarging the seat holes.

Neat, I've actually never heard of this. Does anyone have photos of e46 seats in their e36?

Nice. Looks like they fit our cars even better than the stockers do.. (style and flow of the lines that is, not actual fitment.)

Yeah, Ive read the the holes have to be enlarged, but the back seats do not without a lot of modding

Fronts yes rear no without a lot of mods.
There is a guy from England that redid his entire vert interior with E46 stuff and spent a fortune. If you search for something like E46 interior or seat swap you should see it with literally hundreds of pictures.

Damn! Those look good. Can't wait for the pics from OP.

Too bad the rears require so much modification. I wonder how well the pattern and color matches if you'd do just the fronts...?

Very nice, did you notice a difference in leg or head room?

No not really just a diference in comfort for sure.. the seats side by side are pretty similar in size.. the only thing that make e46s wider is the manual handles and such.. but they are more than half the weight for sure.
