    E92 blinker issue

Help all, newbie here. We had changed out all the bulbs in my e92 328 LCI, with AHL and my buddy didn’t replace all the screws, and one got water in it. Took apart blew it out and replaced the ballast. Now I have no front blinkers and hyper flash when parking lights come on. Hazards work with headlights. Blinkers will work with headlights off then turning them on, once you switch blinkers it doesn’t work again with the headlights.

    suggestions?

We Read somewhere could be the footwell module.

I would swap these out for aftermarket before spending 2400 in a set.

Any suggestions on what it could be?

    TIA

    Welcome to the Forum!

Check fuses first, then I would suspect the footwell module if none are bad. Next will be to connect using ISTA, or something similar, to see if you can talk to the CAS. If so, there should be error codes letting you know what's going on.

Thank you for sharing! It helped me to solve the blinker issue. All these problems started after my father pranked me. He told me I needed blinker fluid, which is ridiculous. I had just gotten my driving license, so I doubted that it was a prank, but I trusted my father because he has a lot of experience in taking care of cars. I bought some blinker fluid, and the funny comments on the products didn't stop me from buying it. I inserted the fluid in the car, and then my father told me that it was a prank, and he didn't manage to stop me until I inserted the fluid in the blinkers.
