Quick story... car had fuel leak from soft hose on injector rail, caused fire on driver front side of engine... replaced engine harness and all plastic and rubber hoses that were damaged. I had a list of issues, I'm down to one that I need to fix to be able to drive it.
i get the engine malfunction/reduced power message, car drives but has no power as well as 3 DME codes as follows. I'm using an Autophix 7910, as well and inpa and ncs
27f6 pedal travel sensor
27f8 pedal travel sensor potentiometer 2
Last one I dont remember something to do with electric fan not too concerned with that right now
data stream info
DISA potentiometer voltage - (at idle) .95v
Accelerator pedal position %- 0% at idle, increases as you press down on the pedal full throttle shows 99%
pedal travel sensor voltage potentiometer - 0v, when you press the throttle down slightly it goes to 0.00v and full throttle it goes to 0.01v (this is where i suspect the issue is)
pedal travel sensor voltage potentiometer 1 - .65v
Pedal travel - Not Adapted
I originally though it was a TB issue since the wires to it where melted in the fire. replaced the tb with no change, then figured out that it was probably the pedal. so I borrowed a pedal from a friend's car, same issue, then got one from junkyard same issue. both of the pedals I got were from 750i's with 4.8 engines which have a different part number than my pedal, im unsure if that is an issue.
Both of the replacement pedals now show .7v on potentiometer 1, and .01v on the other at idle.
I'm at a dead end here and could really use some help, I have tested the wires for continuity, I have verified the voltage being sent from the pedal to the ecu at the ecu side... I cant find a good reason why this isn't working. also should note when you clear the faults for this, they come back instantly.
any help?

No ideas? I'm stuck. What i really need to know is do I need the exact part number pedal that came on my car, and what's the voltage range at 0% throttle and 100% throttle for the 2 pedal potentiometers?
