2018 530e - Oil - 5W-30 or 0W-20

Hi Everyone

Researching on what oil to use, I get recommendation for either 0W20 or 5W30. I wanted to get feedback for what oil do you recommend? I live in San Francisco Bay Area and it is only 10 days with >100 degrees and probably 10 days with <35 degrees. Which one should I use? Also any feedback on buying BMW oil or Castrol or Mobile 1?

BMW TwinPower Turbo Longlife-01 5W-30 is better for your climate and engine. You need LL-01 oil, but Mobil has no oil with 5w30 viscosity according to my research.
