Can I just get some front swaybar bushings?

2001 540iT. Has the 24.5mm front sway bar bushings. I need replacements but these things are like Vibranium - not available anywhere. Any tips or ideas to find a couple? Might just swap left for right and hope for the best if I can't find a couple. But really?? Part # is 31351093794

Ive been waiting on braided steel brake lines from ECS for one of my Minis, ordered on April Fools day, they said it should ship out April 19, that changed to May 10, which changed to May 24th, then changed to June 14th, and yesterday, the email said we don’t know when the hell we will be shipping it out to you…… Thanks a lot, Brandon.

Suggestion:
Install the Poly 25mm and forget about it. The bracket will crush it to fit.

Done and with new end links no more knocking. Found an old post on the other forum where someone did the same thing 7 years ago.
