    E36 Stock Suspension simulation

Hi all, I'm new here and I work in the modding community of Assetto Corsa (a driving simulator).
I would like to make the physic for an E36 320i but I miss some information.
In particular, do anyone of you ever measured how much wheel or damper travel is needed from stock ride height (about 135 mm) to hit the bumpstops?
At now I know damper travel are 585-315=270 mm front and 615-259=356 mm rear
Motion Ratio should be about 0.94 front and 1.05 rear
Bumpstop should be 70 mm front and 105 mm rear

What I don't know is how much travel to bumpstop is available for them.

    Many thanks

you would be better off posting in the e36 specific forum. i dont have this specific information but there is a book i have screenshots from that i believe has this, at least i have the pics of the front suspension geometry .

the book is titled something like bmw engines through the years and bmw suspension through the years. there was two volumes one up till 1945 and one from 1945 on.

there are a few e36 mods in asseto corsa, no goodones it seems. but the e46 and the z4 are about the same if you can find those specs. also the front suspension of the e36 is basically that of an e30 just to start your data acquisition.

    Thank you
    I'll try writing also there
    Is this the book? https://www.amazon.it/Bmw-Since-1945.../dp/0393013421

Yeah there is some E36 around but not convincing. I made the E36 STW with the data I found back then but for the road one I still miss something.
I have the geometry of the suspensions from the workshop manual but I miss the correct working height.

Damn, that would be bery useful for me...
Which other screenshots do you have about it? Maybe collecting info from chapter, pages etc is possible to retrieve the book title...

I think the one about engines has only engines. Do you know if it contains dyno curves too? It should but since the price it's over 200€ I want to be sure
