Longshot: Anyone have a Getrag 245? Or a 4 speed DS?

Hey all,

Im keen on picking up an e21 project but the 5-speed was removed from the vehicle. Otherwise a promising project..
Id love to place in a 5 speed but were at the level or rarity that a 4 speed may make sense. I wish I kept mine after my 5 speed swap but I let it go. If anyone in TX or someone willing to ship has either to part, please let me know!

Yes or else the driveshaft for an '83 e21 with the g240 probably work. Sure the sliding e30 driveshaft.

I have NOT seen any e30 with 5 speed coming into my nearby Pick n Pull yards though. i have been watching for them. And nothing. Lots of e30 six cylinders with automatics; which so far as i am concerned does us no good.

I have that extra g245 I got recently but it is not for sale at this time. Maybe that car you are looking at without a trans is over priced. A non-running car without a transmission. Don't pay too much.
