2001 E38 750IL AC Compressor Normal Pulley Travel

I have access to the front of my engine (thanks to removing the entire front end) and I noticed that the AC compressor pulls has a little play in it. How normal is that? All other pulleys are firm and have no play at all. Does this small amount of play mean that the bearings are bad? Thanks for your input guys!

Not sure about this either, starting at the below video at time stamp 3:45, there doesn't seem to have any play but the bearing was shot.

Oh and btw, thank you for the photo of the front end. This has got to be the cleanest hi res picture I've ever seen.

    Thanks again!
