Where is the SRS module

on my e24, 1988 M6. My SRS light is flashing cause of a dumb thing I did and apparently, it does not connect to the OBD connector under the hood. After reading, I believe it is under the dash but want to be sure.

The SRS control is above the glovebox next to the main computer. Or as the ETM states, Under the RH Dash.
Location picture on page 7000 - 6 of the ETM.
