Paint.

2018 430 I. About a year ago, while on the highway , my car got sprayed with with white paint. There’s speckles of white paint all over the hood ,mirrors and bumper. Compound and cleaner polish doesn’t cut it. Should I try tar remover or clay ???

Give clay a shot. You might also try goo gone or goof off. Be very careful with either of those and test on an out-of-sight area first.
