For Sale: SACHS RCS Sinter 200 Clutch and SACHS Lightweight Racing Flywheel

I’m selling the SACHS RCS Sinter 200 single-disc four-puck clutch and lightweight SACHS flywheel from my E46 M3. This clutch and flywheel is compatible with either the ZF 5-speed or Getrag 5-speed.


Clutch includes three discs. One disc for a ZF 5-speed (SACHS part 881864 99C103) and two discs for a Getrag 6-speed (SACHS part 881864 99W103). One of the Getrag discs is like new.


The RCS 200 Sinter single-disc clutch is designed to handle 560NM (413 foot pounds) of torque and weighs in at 3.090 kilograms (6.8 pounds).

The SACHS lightweight flywheel (SACHS part 100899-11) weighs in at a paltry 7.4 pounds. I have all the mounting bolts (hardened metric available at ACE hardware), but I’d suggest new ones before installing.

The throw out bearing has less than 500 miles on it.
