Picking Spark Plugs

I have a new to me 2007 328i with N52K with 71,000 miles. Dealer quoted me $250 for spark plugs. Is there a guide here on which plugs to buy for this engine or am I stuck with the dealer?

Go to FCPEURO.com and check their online cataloge. You can also call and speak to them to ask their advice. Any name brand plug that is spec'd to you car should be fine. Have you VIN when you call.

You are not stuck with the dealer, I got mine at AutoZone down the street from my house. The plugs have the part number on them, they are made by NGK, the number is PLZFR6A-11S. I forget what I paid, but the number was closer to $7. The coils just lift off, easy stuff.

Stick with NGK plugs PLZFR6A11S or ILZFR6D11.
