Full screen apple carplay gone wrong

Hi Guys,

Unfortunately a few days ago I purchased a full screen apple car play from a well know online vendor and the full screen feature now works well but the update has caused my surround view cameras, front view camera, along with front bumper sensors to stop working. I tried to reset my idrive by selecting the restore to previous version and default software settings and both options are not responsive as well. The vendor claims this is the first time this has ever happened and does not have any solutions up to now on how to fix these issues 😪 . Any ideas on how I could resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
