Hi. I have a NON-Vanos 4.4l V8 that I want to put into my 2002 540i with 6 speed steptronic transmission, and want to know if ECUs on all 540i models are compatible. As the original engine was a Vanos 4.4 V8. Your advice will be highly appreciated. Ricky
