    Rear subframe bushings

I’m going to replace rear bushings and was wondering what people put back in? Are the poly bushings better than rubber? I’m leaning toward the meyle HD but could be convinced of other brands if the argument is compelling. Thanks

I have both the Lemforders in my green wagon with sport suspension, ride is factory plush, and the Meyle HD bushings in my silver wagon with Bilstein B8 sports on oem sort springs, ride is awesome at high speed on any perfectly smooth road, like harsh hell in the city, over potholes. I deal with it because it is great at high speed, put up with the bumps, and holes as the drawback. For the solid Meyle HD bushings, I love them. They were a bit stiffer than the Lemy’s, I did get to drive with them on the car before switching out the suspension. Some people have claimed that they were too harsh, I disagree, they felt much better than stock in my opinion.
