Why does A2DP Bluetooth CDC Adapter work with CD43 but not C43 (Z3)?

Does anyone know why https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Han...s%2C134&sr=8-1 would not work for C43 radio from a Z3?

Are there different versions of the C43 Business Radio? If my Z3 is wired for IBus, is that the same as a C43 from an E46?

Just some additional information, I do have a 6 CD DIN CD Changer 82 11 0 004 616 connected. I'm not clear if this is controlled thru IBus? but the cables that I am using are
82 11 0 004 616 - 6 CD DIN CD Changer
82 11 0 004 617 - Cable
82 11 0 004 618 - Cable.

In the end, I'd just like to replace the 6 CD Changer with Bluetooth, and I'm hoping that my C43 head will work with the Amazon item
