FS: Upstate NY: 2001 BMW E38 740i - Arizona car 13k obo

For sale is my 2001 BMW E38 740i. Zero rust, originally from Arizona, spent the majority of its life commuting from Florida to Arizona. Made it up to NY in late 2018. It is on a set of less-than-one-year-old PSI Suspension air bags with Air Lift 3P management that was professionally installed. Everything but the tank is installed within the spare tire well to maintain a fully functional trunk.

It has slightly less than 140k miles on it and has very minimal issues considering it is a 20 year old 7 series. Perfect instrument cluster, cold air conditioning, power windows, power locks, soft close trunk, premium wide-screen stereo/nav with rear deck speakers, OEM E38 mpars, 6-disc CD changer, xenon headlights all work as intended. Runs and drives great. This is the last year of the legendary E38 chassis so it has a lot of goodies.

Parts installed last fall:
PSI Suspensions Air bags
Replica Alpina front lip - wrap got messed up when tech drove onto alignment rack
New Continental tires
Muffler delete (sounds awesome on throttle, dead quiet when cruising)
Steering center link
Rear brake hose - I have the fronts, haven’t installed them yet
Spark plugs
Air filter
Cabin air filter
Valve cover gaskets - Have the gaskets, haven’t installed them yet.
Transmission flush and filter
AGM Battery

Nothing NEEDS to be done to enjoy this car but there are a few things that can use attention. It is a 7 series after all. Only 1 windshield sprayer works, traction control light is on (needs a speed sensor), The headliner and C pillar need to be refinished. Glove box handle is broken. The driver side power seat adjustment only works when it wants to. The previous owner said the timing chain guides were done but had no proof, therefore assume they were not. However, the engine purrs as it should without any concerning engine noise Overall a very solid car. I took it on a number of road trips last year and wouldn’t hesitate to drive it more.

The car is a ton of fun, super torquey, very functional at ride height and looks amazing air’d out. Asking 10k pretty firm. More pictures available on request.

Lowering the price one more time to 10k. You would be very fortunate to be able to duplicate this build for cheaper. I'll just keep it if I can't get 10k.
