520 Recall for ECU remapp, now 2nd recall for code error in 1st remapp

Any one else got back to back recall after Engine remap.

Very little details on root of issue and just wondering is it safe to drive car while waiting for BMW Service slot.

We did 1st recall in Feb 22, they called about 2 weeks after saying another recall is required for code issue with 1st recall.
