I have a 2017 bmw 740i and i have a radiator leak. I was told by the dealership there is not a brand new radiator in the country.

Radiator shops can easily do a repair, but for a great junkyard directory, try car-part.com - its a listing of cars in junkyards around the country. I've found many parts using this site. If the part you need isn't listed but you see a yard has the model you need, you can just call the yard to find out if they have the part you need. Many times they do. You can negotiate on the price too with most yards, especially if you're buying more than one item. When you search, search for something common like a bumper cover or window glass. This will bring back the most hits. If you search for something too specific, you will return no matches. Best to cast a wide net to see which yards have the models you need, then reach out to the yards directly for detailed parts availability.
