    CD43 with a dead "6" preset button

Tried searching but it seems like no one has a solution or the same issue.
The couple instances I've seen have been people with both numbers on one button out. Ie 1+2 or 2+3. Only my number 6 doesn't work. It's not part of the code which is nice but 5 is and it works just fine.

How hard is the faceplate to take off? I am wondering if it's an internal issue or just a case of a moved button pad underneath the actual exterior button you press.

    Thanks

I own mostly junk. Except the Porsche, that's kind of cool.

I fixed mine by just replacing the button and the pad from donor spare CD43, it is easy to do it.
