GPS Tracker

Hello,

Car theft and car jackings have been up significantly in my area; Chicago,IL in the past few years. Since I street park my e30 I am a little concerned someone may make off with it. What are some GPS tracking options that you have used or seen to be effective? I was thinking about using an Apple Air Tag (I have a Pixel 6pro so it might be the easiest.)

Before vehicles came equipped with GPS, the leader in tracking stolen vehicles was Lojack:

While an AirTag could work, it could also let the thief know that an AirTag is onboard. Lojack doesn’t have that problem. If the vehicle is stolen, call Lojack and they will turn the tracker on.
