Hi guys,
Looking to spend around $1600 for a coil over kit for my M Roadster and not sure which option to go with. I don't daily drive this, just want to get the best track performance I can without going for the super expensive stuff. I know TCKline is the best option but I can't shell out 2g+. The main thing I'm debating is whether or not camber plates are as beneficial as I'm thinking for handling. I'm between:
Status Gruppe comes w/ Camber Plates
ST V1, then buy camber plates
H&R Street Performance then buy camber plates
H&R RSS, run no camber plates
TC Kline Externally Adjustable Sport Suspension
I'd probably go straight for the RSS's if you guys think I could go without the camber plates. I really like the Status Gruppe option, too (I run their headers and they've been great), but I don't see a ton of reviews and they only go as stiff as 450/500, when I would probably opt for 550/600. ST's and the Street Performance I feel like aren't as aggressive as I'd like them to be, but tell me if I'm wrong. If anybody has any experience with the TC Kline Sport Suspension, too, I'd love to hear if they'd compete with/outperform these coil over options.
Any help/guidance is much appreciated, thanks guys.
Michael
For your budget, I have to recommend feal suspension with swift springs. email them for a custom set. I also recommend asking the guys in the track/autox sub forum about proper spring rates. I think they might recommend stiffer spring rates if you don't daily drive and want the best track performance.
