Hi there!
l’m about to paint a bumper and some other smaller details.
I’ve seen they sell some spray cans on Amazon. Does anyone recognize these brands or can you recommend another specific brand?
Here are some that I found:

http://TouchupXS-Compatible for BMW ...V1SBNXM6K2FW19
http://Noblemen Motors Exact Match A...WASCE18F025CYQ
This works ok for me. For light colors the correct color primer must be used.

Thanks man! Funny thing is that I finally decided on automotivetouchup
I can enthusiastically second the recommendation for Automotive touchup. I have used them for more than 15 years and their color match is as good as one can hope for from a rattle can. They also offer a range of supporting products. I am currently restoring the bumper on a red 850i and the color match is extremely good.

I went to a local Kemperle auto body supplies store to purchase base coat paint for the engine bay on my E36. They mixed it on-site. The color was almost a perfect match. I also used a 2k clear coat. The results came out near-professional and nobody believes it was done with spray cans. The results, regardless of the paint application process, rely upon excellent prep work.
