E60 2007 530i - Northern California

Newbie here and looking for advice.
I love my 530i, has been a great car, but time to let it go.
Just blew a head gasket, car does start but not sure how far it will go, likely needs a new engine?
Of course just spent the money to put on new tires.
Very clean car inside and out, no damage, looks great.
Never had this situation before. What are my options? Is there any interested in parts or should I just donate to any organization who will take it?

I live in Napa. If you still have it, there's a local repair shop that could assist if you want to repair
