Trying to Understand the G20 Market and Potentially Buy

    Hey Everyone!

I’ve been looking to purchase a base G20 330i as of recent and was hoping you guys might have some insights on the market, how the market has been through COVID, and whether now is the time to buy/wait.

Some additional info… I’m looking to put around 10-15k down, but don’t want to buy if prices will drop significantly in the next 12 months.

I have previously owned a base manual E46 325i and loved the experience, so now that I’m in a place where I can afford a newer model I definitely want to make the right moves.

In addition to market details, any additional info on the G20 (do’s & dont’s, maintenance stories, car buying experience, etc.) would be greatly appreciated… Thanks guys!!

I just did a swap on my G20. I sold my 2019 330i to carvana for a crazy high amount 36,500. I bought that one on a demo for about that. So I had it for 2 years and basically paid tax, then one set of tires. On the new one, I ordered in November and picked it up this week. I had $2,500 off and 1.99 APR. I don't think there are any incentives now though. I'm not as concerned about value on this one, since I did so well on the original. Mine was 46050 MSRP.

I was going to look here for info on when they swapped from Pirelli tires to Bridgestones. I'm not sure it drives as well on Bridgestones, but I'm super picky. Plus I've been driving a F30 for 2 months. Who knows.

Where is that? I looked at the forums and cannot find a link to the PHEV 330e. Closest thing looked to be ""

I just bought a 2022 BMW 330e and cannot find a forum for "electric" vehicles.

    Thanks.

There is no separate forum for the PHEV cars, as they will be in the respective models.
