    Coolant reservoir brackets

Has anyone got a wrecked z3 shell that there willing to cut out the reservoir support brackets on the newer style z3,s behind the strut tower. Or are these brackets able to be purchased separately?
    Regards James .

All the brackets are available to buy individually - I bought the brackets for the hydraulic pump for the roof from BMW. If you go to realoem.com you should be able to find the part number for them - ignore the quoted prices though.

    Coupes...
I bought them a while back, I think they were 10 bucks or something inexpensive like that. Check realoem. You can tack weld them in place pretty quick.

You want the S54 "M" reservoir because it only has two hose connections unlike the M54 version which has 3.

Planning on adding them to the press car, but just haven't gotten to it.

I wonder if I could JB weld them in there. Hmmmm.

White is Right, Steel Grey is OK, but Estoril is the only color that truly matters.

    I like Coupes.

I relocated mine to that location. (On my 98M, stock location was on the PS of the radiator.) I just went to the local hardware store and found the right brackets. As I remember, I had to bend one slightly. I didn't weld, just used self-tapping/sheet metal screws.
