    Noise engine bay e82

    Hello I have a BMW 125i N52B30 with 70.000km. The car runs perfect, but when the engine is warm I have noticed a weird noise like (tac, Tac), near the left side of the engine. No check lights.

    The first step in diagnosing a problem is to scan the engine computer for codes. The Service Engine Soon light is on only when an emissions related code is present. Does the noise change as the engine speed is increased or decreased? What oil is in the engine? What are the daytime high temperatures where you are?
