I've been driving my 2013 X6 with 103k miles, for a while now and until today it wasn’t running all that bad, sure I've had to drop a few hundred(s) in from now and then, but its been a good car. I've had to add oil every 300-400 miles, we’ll, while passing in traffic at a high RPM level the engine shuts down, as I started it back up it had a loud nocking sound where it can’t be ran, I took it to BMW and they said its blown.
I read about a Class Action Suit for my engine, Is it possible to get help from BMW to repair my engine?
I would really appreciate your feedback in the sense of getting help or information on the Class Action Suit.
Thank you, Stu
You might be sol.... being engine has failed, i doubt they can do anything. if anything, they will just send a video to bmw tech support, await their answer. if you have a junkyard engine in there / serial number doesn't match whats on file - you get nothing. if they say there is coverage, you will be paying 75% of the bill anyway based on the contribution matrix listed on the bulletin...
dont expect free lol, not saying you are, but some people dont want to pay for their own repairs
