Electric Fan Conversion

Hello again boys and girl. Has anyone done an electric fan conversion in their e31? I purchased an electric fan some time ago contemplating a conversion, but time and space kept me away.

So why would anyone want to do this? Well, the answer is two folds. The first better MPG. Now I have no data to prove this. Im going off common knowledge and my electrical background. 1) an electric load is less demanding on a car engine than a physical load of the same type. I don't want to go into the finer detail about this at this moment. 2) Electric fans are not directly coupled to engine movement. This allow quicker acceleration. I estimate 2-3 better MPG and more willing to accelerate. For some of you it doesn't matter. I love the e31 and I plan on keeping it forever. Anything I can do to improve its driving pleasure is a plus. I said this many times over, I have other cars that are modern and way faster but the e31 is the most perfect ride i've ever driven. It already has an incredible chassis. Just a few aftermarket parts and its a crushing beast. 😇👌🏼
