BMW timing chain law suit

hey, I got a 2013 BMW 528i xdrive back in 2015 and last year I had to pay 10K dollars on timing chain repairs.



As part of Gelis v. BMW of North America, LLC settlement, I submitted all documents to https://www.timingchainmodulesettlement.com/ and filled all necessary stuff before the court date etc. But they asked for more detailed docs and re-submitted but delayed by a week(realized this later). Do I still have a chance? or is everything at loss for me? Thanks!
