1981 modell 745i Correct injector suggestion

I am looking for an injector that does the same job for my vehicle.

my car is BMW E23 745i and its original part number is: 13 64 1 273 270

Bosch Injector par number is: 0280 150 200 EAN BOSCH: 3165141688016

But unfortunatelly this product is no longer in production, so I can't find a new one.

Could you please tell me the alternative and correct injector in order to run the 3.2 liter turbo engine of this 40-year-old car to bring it back to life.

I was doing research about injectors.
Many sellers on ebay have 0280150357 cheap fuel injectors for sale. But all of them are unbranded. Not BOSCH.
There is a huge price difference between the original bosch brand and the unbranded made in China.
Are the fuel injection spraying and values the same? I mean do you think they will do the same job or is it a waste of money and time?

If it were me I would only buy Bosch. As Hitman X stated the Volvo injectors shouldn't be too hard to find.
