Intermitteint loss of power to starter

Help I have already replaced the battery, alternator and starter. My 2009 z4 only 42K miles will start fine drive it and shut it down if I go to start after minute or so I hear a clicking from the bendix and the engine will not start. If I wait about ½ hour and try to start it fires right up. This does not happen all the time but it is driving me crazy. If I connect a jump box when this happens it still will not start

It might be an electrical or connection issue. The fact that it won't start even with a jump box suggests it could be something like a faulty ignition switch or a loose connection somewhere

Thank you have you every seen a video on replacing the igniton switch ?
