NEED HELP identifying flush wheel stems!!

I have been looking for days trying to find the right adapter for these flush stems, anyone know what brand they might be? I ordered the Allstar Performance adapter (44138) but it's too big.

Rereading your post & see I flubbed. Possibly the flush mount style is specific to the rim?

Unfortunately, that's the brand I got the "filler tube" for. The thread side that for that filler tube is too big for the stems I have.
