2006 E46 M3 Value Questions

I have a 2006 M3 that I bought new but has been garage parked for years. We moved a year of so back and it got parked outside for a few months as we were using the garage for storage of boxes, furniture, etc and mice or something got under the hood and got into part of the wiring harness.

I had it towed to a shop that kept it way too long but finally got it running.

I bought another sportscar and now want to sell the M3 but I don't know where to price it.

Some details:

The car does drive ( I haven't driven it hard since getting it back though)
Approx 220,000 miles
SMG
Has not had the rear axle mounts worked on
Interior in OK shape (headliner could use some work, Leather OK)
Paint and body look good
Wheels all have rash. I took it to Road Atlanta for several HPDE events and didn't have a set of wheels and tires for the track.

I am just trying to get a good idea as to it's current value. I do not want to rebuild it myself but just sell it as is.

So is it running flawlessly - or not?

Have you done the key things: subframe mounts, Vanos bulletproofing etc.?

It sounds like the car hasn't had maintenance in quite some time.

It is running - but not flawlessly
No subframe work done
No Vanos work done

I bought a Jeep in 2015 and the M3 was pretty much parked. Oil changed every 5000 miles. Driven probably weekly at first then less.

I drove it from the old house to this house, had to park it outside, then towed it to the shop for the wiring damage.

All those things in mind at 220,000 miles going into winter with SMG - maybe $8K.
