Weird lighting issue

Canadian 2011 128i.

Got the light warning on the cluster. Here is the behavior:

Light	Tail lights	Side Markers	Front Markers	Inner headlights	Outer Headlights	Pass Angel	Driver Angel
Park	on	OUT	on	--	--	on	OUT
Low	on	OUT	on	--	on	on	on
High	on	OUT	on	OUT	high	on	OUT

Most confused by the drivers angel eyes. As far as I know everything was fine "yesterday" and no warnings were being thrown.

Inner headlights are always out.

Very strange set of failures to happen all at once, any ideas?!

Check the voltage at the jumper post located under the red plastic cover under the hood. Use the engine as the ground. Check it and report back you findings when the:
- car is off (hood open, obviously)
- accessories on but engine off
- engine idling - engine revving at 2000rpm.

Accessories including headlights and ignition 11.4
Running at idle mid to high 14’s
Running at 2000+ high 14’s almost 15

Your battery is shot! A fully charged battery will read about 12.6VDC. Your alternator is really pumping out the juice in an attempt to charge the battery. Don’t forget to register the new battery. Our cars have an intelligent charging system whereby they use a different charging profile fir new batteries redid old batteries.
