    Hazard lights

    I have a 2004 545i and the hazard lights first started coming on and cutting off by themselves now they come on and will not turn off unless I take the battery cable off

    It's probably your hazard switch in the center console. Replace that first.

    I have already replaced the hazard switch and nothing changed plus I’ve had 2 mechanics who do electrical work look at it and they can’t find anything causing it

    Get somebody with a high quality BMW diagnostic computer / scan tool to read the codes in all the computers. I'm guessing there will be a clue there.
