Dealer says my I need to buy new summer tires... can you take a look?

Hi!

I just came back from my BMW dealership to install my winter tires and when the car was ready, they told me my summer tires wouldn't last another season, that I should purchase some new ones and they gave me an estimate for said new tires.

I really don't know much about tires so I thought I would take pictures and ask you guys before buying anything.

Did they /you measure the tread depth?

Tread depth and manufacture date are the important elements.
