BMW App issue

Hello, i have bought 2020 bmw 330xi i am the second owner, before it was a rental car. so i have download the new my bmw app, put it in my information, made an account on bmw connected drive. i was able to purchase the remote start also. now the problem is that my bmw app is not working its not locating my car my car location changes once in a month, i cannot use any feature on app including remote start, i have tried the troubleshooting of pressing power button for 75 seconds and update app in car, that did not fixed the issue i call bmw gurus they could not figure it out, i took it to bmw dealership they said everything is fine. i thought it might be my phone which is andriod, so i tried another phone thats iphone and its not working on that phone also, any idea what i can do.
