2011 x6 tail light bulb no power

Hello.
I have a 2011 X6 3.0 idrive35i
i have no power on one of the break bulb of the passenger side tail light,
I did switch the connectors to make sure it was not that. New bulb, the one that works shows 9.5 V and the one that doesn't work i have no reading, cero, pin 4 on the main plug / pin 5 is ground. pin 6 feeds 9.5 for the one that works
is there a separate fuse for it? if so where is it located please?

the driver side both bulbs for the brakes work fine. The issue is just one out of the 4

pin 4 is the one that supplies the power for that bulb. (i thing)
