e83 n52 aluminum coolant intake pipe (warning!!!)

Does anyone have the procedures for this pipe?

I removed it during the cooling system refresh and i cant get the right side bolt to thread in....

Does anyone know if this can be done by just removing the ac compressor and not the exhaust manifold....

And please please anyone attempting your n52 cooling system please don't touch this aluminum coolant intake pipe! My search found one post about it (not even a thread).

With the pipe out of the way, chase the block's threads with a quality tap of appropriate size. Use Nickel antiseize (Ford/Motorcraft) on every fastener on the N52. Test-thread the fasteners prior to installing the pipe to ensure that the threads are good. Install it by itself, not attached to the pump.

You also need new fasteners anyway as they're aluminum and thread into a magnesium block.
