My clutch is not disengaging. I pretty sure it is stuck on the flywheel as I fried it trying to do a burnout. Already replaced the slave cylinder and it was broken off.
Anyways, I am replacing my clutch. I want to be able to slide my daily. Nothing major like going to drift events, but around small parking lots, small tracks, and back roads.
I plan on getting the clutch kit from Clutch Max off ebay. I decided I want an aluminum lightweight flywheel and am going with Sachs bearings. The only thing I am unsure of is the clutch material. I decided to either go with their stage 1 woven organic disc or their stage 3 segmented ceramic disc. I ruled out kevlar as I heard it is not very good with slipping and start and go traffic. Which one would be able to handle clutch kicking at least a couple times a weak while also being a good daily driver?
stage 1: https://www.ebay.com/itm/13317930247...gAAOSwXrJdhm~E
stage 3:https://www.ebay.com/itm/13317935291...ZdhoUi&vxp=mtr
stage 3 looks plenty streetable. i have to recommend steel flywheel though. and make sure you get the flywheel and pressure plate balanced before installation
