Looking for a good reliable Mechanic shop in central NJ/ Jersey shore area for my 91 BMW 850

Central NJ is a myth but here are three shops in southern NJ (aka south of 78/287 the dividing line of north and south Jersey)

Don Fields Mr M Car in Wall
Ziggy’s BMW Center on 208 in Somerville
Vicari Motors in Branchburg

Spoke with Don - he doesn't want to deal with E31 for some reason.
