4x4 abs dsc transmission malfunction

My 2008 e61 shave me the 4x4 abs warning at start up night before last. I turned the wheel left and right and it went away. Started car yesterday everything was fine. This morning I start the car I get the 4x4 abs Dsc warning again so I turn the wheel left to right again but it didn’t go away. I also got low tied pressure. I tried to move to go get some air. I put the car in reverse and it Barely moved. Tried again and I got transmission malfunctioning warning and all the lights on the dash came on. I turned the car on and off same thing but then the green light on the shifter wouldn’t come on and the shifter is dead. Now I can move the car. Car will start but wind move and dah is light up. Could this be a bad battery? I know mine needs to be replace, it’s like 7 years old. Also if i gett a new battery so I have to have bmw program it? Any help will be appreciated.

I put the car on a simple code reader and I got p1701 low power to transmission ecu. Albright my battery to autozone and they said it’s at 74%

When the car is on the the radio and nave don’t work and the shifter light goes out. When I turn the car off and leave the key in the radio works and the shifter light come back on

Check the check engine code with my small scanner and I got Cee p1701 low power to transmission ecu
