BMW F30 Drivetrain Malfunction Error codes P1290 & P0171

Hello, all I've been getting a check engine light and a drivetrain error for the past two weeks it comes and goes but 90% its stays.
It started when I decided to fix a very small boost leak. I replaced the boost/charge pipe and noticed a small leak. I couldn't determine if it was the charge or boost pipe so I decided to take both of them out and install them again when doing so I had to unplug a bunch of harnesses and clamps take off my engine cover for easier access. After I put them back on the boost leak was solved it was driving fine for that day the next day I had a check engine light and a drivetrain malfunction sometimes I get one or the other but overall it reduces my power I get codesP0171 and P1290 I clear the codes and usually the P1290 stays. I've opened my hood at least 10x for every day since this has happened. (I am running a JB4 tune but have unplugged it in case that was the cause but it isn't, it remains unplugged atm.)

Solutions I have tried:
Retightened vacuum lines
Clean Mass airflow sensor
Replace Inlet pipe
check wiring harness again.

I would read BMW manufacturer codes first and not P codes.

A smoke test is what will guarantee no leaks.
