Finished street tuning. Getting a reliable 10 psi and loving it. Car is super quick and the old school turbo lag is hilarious. Took it out to the mountains and had some serious fun with the car for an hour straight, didn't skip a beat. Then had a relaxing drive home. One car to really do it all.

I want to see this car with -2 front camber so you can have more fun without destroying tires lol. Looks good.

Car needs some camber, understeers like a pig in real tight stuff. On faster corners, it's absolutely sublime. The Dinan chassis setup is actually very compliant, loads up nicely, soaks up mid corner bumps, and has great grip coupled with these falken 200tw tires. I was experimenting with left foot braking to keep the boost up between corners, and the car feels like a little rocketship. So much fun, and if I could find some Dinan camber plates, I'd be all over it!

I had Ireland Engineering (I think) camber plates on my old white car before I did coilovers, and I was able to get something like -1.5ş of camber whilst retaining the stock shock mounts for compliance, so I think a similar setup would work well for your car as well.

I don't think Dinan camber plates are available anymore, but you can use E30 stock-hat camber plates like I did on my Touring to get about 1.5deg. Our strut towers have the same pattern, even if the strut shaft dimensions themselves aren't the same. It's not out of the question for a Spec E30 camber plate to potentially work as well, however the stock-diameter spring might hit the inside of the tower before you max out the camber adjustment (haven't tested this).

    Thanks for the love

Little update, had a massive oil leak. Was spraying oil onto my nice hot exhaust pipes. Looked like the car was about to blow up at a standstill.

Turned out to be a leaking oil drain. Got some sealant on there, and swapped out for a little more flow - happy fitting. Gravity drain is still a little weak on startups. But no smoke now during driving, or smoke from under the car at idle.

Also took the time to do an oil change. Checked my inline filter for the turbo as well, no weird debris. Happy!

No worries on that, stuff happens! She's back up again, really hoping we can find a good caretaker this time around:

Oh dang, you really are moving it! I think C&B will do it justice. I hope you get what you need from it.

Let's be honest...it's doubtful the next caretaker will be as good as you. Not trying to guilt you

I'm a project fiend, and currently have an s52 swapped 525 with a complete Racing Dynamics kit, sitting and ready to go. So this will be funding my next endeavor. Quite frankly, want to sell the s52 and jump straight to an s54 in that one. So $$$

I appreciate that bit about ownership
It's a one owner car, and I like to think I've prolonged its useful life much more than if someone bought it before me and beat it up as it was.

Will also note, I've had an e34 535 as a daily now for, 5? 6? Years. So I will never be m30'less ))
