Long trips, what mode you drive in?

I’m not used to driving a car with this many different driving modes, just wondering what mode you drive in on long flat runs. I’m gonna be taking a road trip that’s 3/4 flat and straight and the rest winding through mountains, I’ll be in sport through that segment

My M5 defaults to efficient (engine), comfort (suspension) and comfort (transmission) on startup so that is what I run 90% of the time. Sometimes I run sport, comfort, sport and sometimes I run sport for all three. Ride is the biggest determinant, but I also don’t need quick shifts or faster engine response most of the time. They are there for when I do, though, and I like that.
