Spec E36 H&R Coilover setup

H&R Spec E36 race front coilver setup - non adjustable. These don't come with the M3 style sway bar mounts on the strut housing. Strut part # 1607 452-R1/1-CS. Spring part # 140-60-110. From what I can tell these are 140mmx60mm dia at 110N/mm, or 629lb/in
E36 96+ M3 rubber upper mounts - swapped opposite sides for about -2.8* camber
Rear shocks and springs with adjusters. Heavy duty upper rubber shock mounts. Shock part # 1667 607-1/1-CS. Spring part # 29480 HA (R), which I think are progressive springs.

Ran these for 4 years on my HPDE car with 17x8.5 ET42s and 255/40 Toyo R888Rs, a great setup that's compliant over bumps but stiffly sprung enough to handle 255 R-comps. Only reason I took them off was to upgrade to 275s and MCS coilovers.
