Prior to buying a black car, my detailing process
influenced by Autogeek has been the following:

--Mr Pink auto wash--Chemical guys
--Adams Iron Remover
--Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay/Pinnacle Clay Lubricant
Souveran / Klasse Kit:
--Klasse All-In-One
--Pinnacle Souverän Paste Wax
--Pinnacle Crystal Mist Carnauba Detail Spray

With a black car, would you suggest products
specifically designed for black paint?

There are lots of stuff out there that will enhance the shine and reduce the spider scratches

I find that wash, clay, polish with two levels of polish, then a final wax, let the wax sit up overnight in the garage and then another coat on top without removing the original wax will give you near perfection. The challenge is always how mucked up the paint is to start with. You can not polish a turd.

The polishing stage is the most time consuming, requires the most effort, and concentration, but it will give you results that will set you back in your seat.
