Any interest in a Bolt-in Sparco R-100 for Z3?
I was going to put this in the attic because it's amazingly comfortable, but I figured I'd check here first. Not going on Craigslist or anywhere else that's for sure. I just rebuilt a stock seat and plan on running that for a while.
I ran this in my Z3 for about a year. That being said, I think I drove 400 miles on it. The Z doesn't move that much. Never tracked, Sunday drives in the country only.

It also has a seat belt receptacle from an e30. I had the stock one tucked behind the seat with a seat belt extender plugged into it to keep the car from freaking out
As it sits it will bolt right into the car. I will say, I have the seat mounted all the way to the right on the seat base and the seat sits about 1" to the left of center as far as I can tell. It didn't bother me when driving it, but I wanted to put it out there.
If you have a track-ready car with the carpet removed, it would be a relatively minor task to cut the tabs on this and re-weld them on about 1" over to put you dead center. As far as I'm concerned this is a bit of a design flaw on the Planted Technologies seat base.
I'm located just south of Charlotte, NC. If I don't see anything on this thread, it will probably go in the attic. I want to build a go-kart Z3 in the future and if I ever find a suitable one, this seat is going in it!
